How much does resin flooring cost?
There is no single price for every resin floor. The cost depends on the system you choose, the floor area, the condition of the existing surface, preparation and repairs, and access to the site. Send us your postcode, approximate measurements and a few photos and we can discuss the right system and prepare a tailored quotation.
Can resin be installed over tiles?
Yes, in some cases. The tiles must be firmly bonded, stable and free from movement, cracks, grease and other contamination. The surface may need mechanical preparation, repairs and levelling before a compatible resin system is applied. We assess the tiles and moisture conditions first—laying resin directly over unsuitable tiles can lead to failure.
How long does installation take?
Most projects take several days rather than just a few hours, but the exact programme depends on the size of the floor, grinding and repairs, the number of coats, site conditions and the resin system. Each coat needs the correct application and curing time. We will explain when the floor can be walked on and when it can take normal use or vehicle traffic.
Do you work outside Essex?
Yes. We are based around Essex and focus on Essex and London, but we are happy to consider suitable projects across the UK. For locations further away, we will discuss travel, access and any associated costs with you before providing a quotation.
Can I choose a matt or gloss finish?
Yes. Depending on the system and the intended use of the space, we can discuss matt, satin or gloss finishes. The best option depends on the look you want, lighting, cleaning requirements, expected traffic and slip resistance. We will help you choose a finish that balances appearance with practical performance.
